Bev's work has resolved into meticulously drawn hand carved wood panels, where contemporary figurative subjects are executed in oils. Using her own very unique techniques inspired by natural textures, granite and slate weathered by wind and rain. The human form is transformed becoming standing stones, monumental and emploring. |

Mark's work has become an exploration of shape and colour. He trained as a printmaker and continues to use the tools of that trade. His sole method of application is now a 2" print making roller, the medium a clear printing base coloured with oil paint. The fruit theme appeared 5 years ago and has continued to be a source of inspiration. The sensuality of the first summer romance. An exotic palatte of colour rolled out onto wood panels, natural shapes perform like glowing planets. |
"Patience, patience
Patience in the blue!
Each atom of silence
Is the chance of a ripe friut." Mallarm`e.
